Self-propelled floor grinding and polishing machine - it grinds and polishes at a constant speed and minimizes the risk of operators' mistakes going too slow or too fast.

This is not a remote-controlled grinder but it boasts a similar rate of productivity and ease of use without the remote control price tag. An ideal solution for large commercial projects!

The dual motor driving systems can drive the floor grinder in four directions, turn left and right smoothly. Two motors which propel the machine forward with no effort from the operator. Operator can focus on the floor status. Advanced JS Self-propelled wire control technology and newest gear box systems make the floor grinding polishing an easy job, guaranteeing the floor is super flat and smooth.

Daily Maintenance Of The Grinder

1. After one day work is completed, the equipment should be routinely cleaned, and the sticky ash on the dust skirt and the grinding disc should be cleaned to avoid affecting the use of the next process and improve the working efficiency of the next day.

2. Clean the water tank once every other week to avoid the blockage of the water tank filter.

3. After one project is finished, you need to carry out a routine inspection of the machine. Tighten the screws connected to the machine and check whether the screws on the bottom plate rubber cushion are loose.

4. If the machine is often dry-grinded, the cold fan of the inverter should be cleaned every other month.

5. Change the gear oil regularly. The new machine can be replaced for the first time after 6 months of normal use, and then will be replaced once a year. Please add 90# or 92# gear oil, never add engine oil.
