HTY Elasticity Tester
1.To judge the eveness of concrete floor first
2.If floor is uneven, use the grinding wheel to level floor till even;
3.If floor has already been even, use the hammer to bear against the floor surface directly
4.Get one hand to hold middle part of tester to centralize it with floor surface while with another hand to press down the tester head.
5.Pressing force when using this tester should be even and slow. Keep rebound hammer vertical centralize to the surface with no shake.
6.After rebound hammer get a result, leave recoiling rod from surface with a comparatively faster speed and read the figure.
7.For figures on the tester, below red upper one shows you the impact strength while blue down one tells you the hardness of floor.
8.Soft concrete: hardness less than 30;
Medium concrete: hardness between 30-50;
Hard concrete: hardness higher than 50;
