*Most of our floor grinding machine are gear driven. The machine with gear driven is more powerful and effective than belt driven, for maintenance only need change gear oil. Most grinders are not high efficiency of use belt-driven system. And tension between belts waste a lot of power in practices. In addition, belt-driving cannot control grinding precision very well in that belts will slip when friction with floor is too big. This will lead to unstable speed of grinding heads or belt tension can slow down spinning of grinding heads significantly. The good news is that gear-driving system can solve this problem for you. The gear-driving planetary rotating system in floor grinding machines had passed many projects testing successfully. So JS Floor System gear-driving floor grinder is more reliable.

Q3: Do your machine can be custom-made? A3: Yes, we can design and produce according to client's requirements. Q4: Can JS grinders be use for polishing? A4: Yes of course. They can do both grinding and polishing, the RPM is 0-1800. Q5: How long to produce? A5: It depends on the models and qty, usually 3-15 days. Q6: What is your payment method? A6: T/T.
