F1 Hand Push Wet And Dry Usable Electric Floor Grinder And Polisher

F1 is one of our most classic styles, which gets wide used on various floors and gets high appreciation from customers. It is perfect on rough floor grinding. After continuous improvement, now it can be used for wet or dry floor grinding and polishing when equipped with assorted pads. With gearbox driven, 700mm work diameter is suitable for most projects.

The plate shape will be customized according to your diamond pads, no matter what shape metal grinding pads you have on hand, we can follow to produce the magnetic plates.

For resin polishing pads, we offer a velcro transfer plate.

The pads' consumption is determined by floor hardness & grinding deep. If you are not sure how many pieces you need, send us an inquiry and we can help calculate. Our pads are applied on marble, granite, terrazzo, concrete, epoxy, etc.

How to use the hardener and polishing cream:

1. Initial grinding with metal diamond #16 or #30, depending on the floor hardness.
2. Fine grinding with metal diamond #80, #150, #300 in steps.
3. Polish the floor with resin polishing pads #50, to repair the polishing scratch of metal diamonds.
4. Spray the hardener, keep the ground moist for 2 hours. If the floor absorbs the hardener quickly, please spray again.
5. Fine polishing the floor with resin polishing pads #150, #300, #500.
6. Superfine polishing with resin polishing pads #1000, #2000, #3000.
7. Spray the polishing cream after the super fine polishing #1000-3000. Apply the polishing cream with a heavy-duty brush broom, so
the floor will be covered with the liquid evenly. The thinner the better.
8. After the polishing cream is dry, use C8 high-speed burnisher and DT021 black buffing pads to finish the final polishing.
