Installation Instructions

How to use diamonds, hardener and polishing cream:

1. Initial grinding with metal diamond #16 or #30, depends on the floor hardness.
2. Fine grinding with metal diamond #80, #150, #300 in steps.
3. Polish the floor with resin polishing pads #50, to repair the polishing scratch of metal diamonds.
4. Spray the hardener, keep the ground moist for 2 hours. If the floor absorbs the hardener quickly, please spray again.
5. Fine polishing the floor with resin polishing pads #150, #300, #500.
6. Super fine polishing with resin polishing pads #1000, #2000, #3000.
7. Spray the polishing cream after the super fine polishing #1000-3000. Apply the polishing cream with a heavy-duty brush broom, so the floor will be covered with the liquid evenly. The thinner the better.
After the polishing cream dry, use C8 high speed burnisher and DT021 black buffing pads to finish final polishing.

Q2: How long is production time for one container?
A2: For hand push machine is 2-3 weeks, for remote control models usually take 3-4 weeks.

A3: Yes.

Q4: Do you have any advantages over other suppliers in terms of design?
A4: Yes. For example, we use seamless plastic water tank, aluminum casting mold grinder head which is stronger and add grinding pressure.

Q5: What is the warranty on the products?
A5: 1 year warranty for machine.

Q6: Do you recommend buying spare parts already with the order?
A6: Yes, we will recommend some spare parts.

Q7: What parts are usually needed for replacements?
A7: Resin pad holder, rubber cushion, dust skirt, switch.

Q8: Does your gear quality better than those from other company?
A8: Yes, we make the gear our own. JS gear is skewed tooth and being heat treatment processed which guarantee stable performance and long life time. But many company don't use such gear because this gear need high-precision process. We make the gears with CNC machine.

Q9: Do you offer diagrams for electrical and electronic layout for your machines?
A9: Yes, come with machines.
