Operation Of The Machine

When operating S320, the following general safety measures must be strictly observed.
1. Starting up

Open the vacuum cleaner before starting the dry grinding, and connect the suction pipe to the machine. Connect a safe grounding power supply, turn on the corresponding power supply of the device, the power indicator light is on, and the display shows the voltage. Standing behind the machine, turn the emergency stop switch up, press the start button, rotate the speed switch.

2. Turn off machinery

Turn the speed control switch to zero, wait for the machine to stop working, and press the emergency stop switch. Turn off the vacuum cleaner and unplug the vacuum cleaner. Press the main power switch and pull out the power connector.

3. Operation during grinding

Since the single disc of the machine is devotional grinding and pushing by hand, there is always a uniform grinding surface. It is recommended to keep the walking speed steady to make the machine continue to run for the best grinding effect.

4. During the operation, the fault light is on, and the display flashes the fault code. Refer to the inverter manual for troubleshooting.
