R5 is a single phase 570mm remote control gridner. It's almost the smallest size in remote grinder series. R5 can be used for all grinding and polishing applications (wet or dry), adhesives and coating removal, surface repair and flattening of concrete, terrazzo, etc.

Grinding Head

This machine can use metal grinding diamond pad, resin polishing pad and sand paper, one machine with multi function.

Grinding plate can be customized base on your diamond types, then you can use just one type diamond tooling for all your machines.

 

R5 is three heads planetary grinder. The small plates run in same direction, the big plate (gear box) runs in counter rotation. This way help to balance the torsion.
