The machine's revolution leads four grinding heads running in different directions, offsetting the traction effectively between the grinding heads to make the operation smooth and easy. The work area between each head enhances the pads to effectively run the operation. 

Thanks to this design, planetary grinders work best on less aggressive jobs, such as smoothing out a concrete floor or preparing a high gloss surface.

 

Gear-driven forced planetary drive provides durability and flexibility of equipment.  

The double layer gear systems drive the grinding plates, large main disc (gear box) runs at 0-300 RPM, smaller discs run at 0-1800 RPM. 

Planetary grinder can be used for all grinding and polishing applications (wet or dry), adhesives and coating removal, surface repair and flattening of concrete, terrazzo, etc.

Guides & Instructions

 

Daily Maintenance Of The Grinder

1. After one day work is completed, the equipment should be routinely cleaned, and the sticky ash on the dust skirt and the grinding disc should be cleaned to avoid affecting the use of the next process and improve the working efficiency of the next day.

2. Clean the water tank once every other week to avoid the blockage of the water tank filter.

3. After one project is finished, you need to carry out a routine inspection of the machine. Tighten the screws connected to the machine and check whether the screws on the bottom plate rubber cushion are loose.

4. If the machine is often dry-grinded, the cold fan of the inverter should be cleaned every other month.

5. Change the gear oil regularly. The new machine can be replaced for the first time after 6 months of normal use, and then will be replaced once a year. Please add 90# or 92# gear oil, never add engine oil.
